USA Pan

bread & pan

We have many bakers on our staff, and we carry lots of different baking pans at The Good Cooking Store. Each of us has our own favorites, but most of us prefer USA Pan products.

USA Pan is a line that was initially created for commercial use only. The company now offers pans for the home baker as well. All USA Pan products have a specially designed non-stick coating which is environmentally friendly and free of any dangerous chemicals.

One of our staff recently baked Friendship Bread (a cinnamon, coffee-cake type bread) and brought it in—still in the pan—to show off. The pan’s most unique feature is its fluted surface, which you can see in the pictures. This design allows cakes and breads to bake evenly and then to lift out of the pan very easily.

USA Pan makes a whole range of bakeware products. So whether you are a cookie-maker or a bread-baker, there’s a pan for you. Come visit us and see!

If this is a pan made in the USA, contact ABC news as they are looking for Made In America products. They already did Nordic Ware and the sales have gone thru the roof. It also lets people know what is out there that may be a better product.

Cool. Never heard of these. I’m leery of non-stick coatings, but I’ll have to check this out.

I am having a hard time finding out anything about these pans or this company. It seems fishy if in fact, as they state, they have been making bakeware for 50 years and they are voted best. What else do you know about these pans?

I have several USA pans and I will never buy another brand now. Nothing sticks but syrupy baked on stuff. I got smart after one time and use parchment for items of that type now. But for most uses it is awesome. Baked goods slide right off and cleanup is a breeze.
