Love this little gadget! Such a clever way to cut cheese. Since I’m here, I was wondering if anyone knows if I can double the recipe for the Breakfast Skillet that is on this site? Love the sound of this dish, but I would need more than the recipe makes. Seems like doubling would make a lot of liquid. Any suggestions would be so very appreciated! Blessings~Marla
